Michael Hammond, Ph.D., Executive Director of Agua Caliente Cultural Museum, will be guest speaker at the Spring Luncheon of Cathedral City Historical Society on Thursday, April 14, 2016. The topic of his presentation will be The Cahuilla and Their Environment – a discussion about the Cahuilla people and their involvement with their natural surroundings…more specifically, their adaptation and reverence for the land and how it continues today.
Cost: $35 (includes lunch by Cathedral City’s own Chef Hector)
