Come to the Museum and meet Barbara Drake (Tongva elder) and Chef Paul Woods who will share their knowledge of preparing and presenting Native foods. Barbara Drake is an expert on Native foods; and Chef Paul Woods, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Executive Chef of Spa Resort Casino.

Tickle your taste buds at this informative and fun event that will include samples for you to try. Being Valentine’s Day, Chef Paul will prepare some delights featuring chocolate – a renowned Native food of the Americas.
