Festival of Native Film & Culture

The Festival of Native Film & Culture is one of the nation’s most highly regarded festivals of its kind – featuring the best in films by, about, and starring Native people.  Now in its eight season, the 2009 Festival will include feature films, documentaries, and short films from some of today’s premier Native American and international indigenous filmmakers.  Last year's films originated in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Sweden and the United States, illustrating the diversity of Native cultures – their amazing beauty and their time-honored traditions.

All screenings and receptions will take place Wednesday, March 4 through Sunday, March 8 at Camelot Theatres at 2300 E. Baristo Road in Palm Springs.
