Thank you for your submission to the 2009 Festival of Native Film & Culture.
All entries will be pre-screened for consideration; however, not all entries will be accepted for screening.
All foreign language titles must have English subtitles.
For preview purposes, we accept films in both NTSC and PAL DVDs screeners.
The Festival pays for all outbound shipping costs and insurance related to films accepted for screening. All prints and tapes are insured by the Festival shipping company for up to $1,000 per accepted film entry. While all accepted films are treated professionally and with care, the Festival is not responsible for loss or damage to prints or tapes. Collect shipments to the Festival are not accepted.
All NTSC/PAL preview DVDs of films accepted for exhibition at the Festival will be retained by the Agua Caliente Cultural Museum Library (a non-circulating library) for educational purposes only.
Film and video works will be returned to the filmmaker ONLY if a self-addressed, stamped envelope is received upon submission.
Permission for the Festival to use film excerpts not exceeding two (2) minutes and still photos for promotional purposes is considered granted upon entry, unless otherwise noted.
ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY November 10, 2008
