Jona Kalayjian, Education Outreach Specialist for the Museum, will display and explain traditional uses of some of the plants now growing in the Indigenous plants garden on the back patio of the Museum. Learn how Cahuilla Indians used plants and animals for medicine, shelter, food and clothing in the Coachella Valley region. This event is recommended for everyone over 6 years of age.
